Welcome to the world of best hosting services. AlaskaGreek promise to bring cheap and best hosting services for you, and to let the users better utilize them, we represent this terms and conditions. To use our website, services, and expert expertise, you must comply with these terms and conditions. However, for any contradiction or issues with this, you are free to contact our customer care representatives.

We also state that here the term "You" refer to "All users who are using our services, visiting the website or availing expert assistance", "We" refers to the "AlaskaGreek", and "our services" refers to "the hosting services we offer to you".

Acceptable Use of Policy

In order to use our service or keep it continue; you must not misuse our services in any ways. We restrict the following actions mentioned below in relation to our services. Such activities lead to direct suspension/cancelation/termination of your service without any prior notice.

• Hosting child pornography, sex related content of any kind, publishing or sharing materials that are unlawful or indecent, or contain extreme acts of violence and AlaskaGreek understands inappropriate for publish
• Positing and communicating unsolicited messages, promotions or advertisements or SPAM
• Spreading altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing"
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network without prior consent of AlaskaGreek. Also, breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Access, tamper or use non-public areas or parts of the services, or shared areas of the services you haven't been invited to
• Interfere with or disrupt any other user's data, host or network by means of spreading viruses, overloading, flooding or mail-bombing in any part of the Services
• Access, search or create accounts for the services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, "scraping" or creating accounts in bulk)
• Promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization
• Unauthorized sale or distribution of copyrighted media, hosting IRC or IRC bots or any IRC related chat program, hosting BitTorrent / P2P related program
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to crackz, hackz, KeyGenz, serialz, or pirated software
• Advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group of people based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual preference, disability, or impairment
• Violate the laws in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that's fraudulent, defamatory or misleading or violate our terms of use and privacy policy or infringe the rights of others

User's Eligibility

To avail or register with our services, you should be complying with the following conditions:

• You must be eighteen years of age or older. Any registration, use or access to the services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is the violation of this Agreement
• If you avail of our services on the behalf of other parties, you must agree that you are using the services according to represented terms of use
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms. If we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have in our data base. Providing false, inaccurate, and incomplete information of any kind may result in the termination of your account
• You agree to be fully responsible for all uses of your account and actions taken place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to your account

Resources Utilization

We do not allow the websites and databases on the shared servers to use more than 10% of system resources (including CPU, memory, disk space, bandwidth and other resources). If clients need to use more than 10 percent of resources or their website affects e performance of the other's on the shared server, we request to upgrade the hosting plan that would be more suitable for their specific use such as dedicated server, cloud VPS plans.

We May Refuse to Provide Our Hosting Services

Though we accept orders from worldwide, we may limit accounts from certain countries or from certain known email domains that have had a high fraudulent rate.

• To stop fraudulent activities, we may ask you to provide a copy of a government issued identification that has a photo. If you fail to meet these requirements, we may consider that order fraudulent in nature and refuse to provide the services.
• If your communication with our staff considered as belligerent, vulgar (curse words), attacking, highly rude, threatening, or abusive, you will be issued warning, and if the communication continues, your account may be suspended or terminated without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, threats to sue, slander, libel, publicly post, or initiate a chargeback.
• Violation of any Terms of use, your service may be immediately cancelled along with all services that you avail with us. Additionally, you won't be eligible to avail any other service(s) with us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend the service at our sole discretion and with no further justification.

Reseller Hosting Policy

We hereby state that Reseller Hosting account users are sole responsible for the conduct of their clients and by agreeing with our Terms and Conditions. They must supervise and agree that their clients will adhere to Terms and Conditions presented here, and also make their perspective clients aware of it and its consequences in case of violation.

Storage & Backup

We have a regular backup of all data stored with our hosting plans. Thus, we provide peace of mind to the users that if the server fails or corrupt for any reason, we could quickly and completely restore your site or server in the shortest time possible

Changes In Terms And Conditions

At AlaskaGreek, we reserve the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time or without any prior information. However, we mention the date and time of latest update so that the users detect updates at the first glance. So, all the users are advised to go to this page whenever they visit our site to check if there is an update.

Payments

You must agree to pay for hosting service in advance. We have refund policy in case customers are not satisfied with hosting service anyhow. For more details, you can go through our refund policy page.

Server Tempering

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to the server, or customers, of AlaskaGreek is strictly prohibited. In such cases, offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Due Payment Suspension

AlaskaGreek reserves the right of hosting service suspension if the bill payment is due more than 30 days from your end. However, we sent notifications, text messages to remind you prior to the service suspension.

Service Termination

Both AlaskaGreek and the users have the right to terminate their services immediately after sending the notice from their respective email address. To use our services, you need to agree that we will have no liability to you for any expenses, costs, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or be relating to our termination of your Account, your access to use of the Site or this Agreement.

Limitations

You are acknowledged that due to the inherent risks of the internet:

• The services may not fully meet your requirement
• The services provided by us under this agreement will not be uninterrupted or error-fre
• Your data may not be secure or protected from loss or corruptio

We also notify that we include these considerations for the worst case. In general, we offer high security, auto back for data recovery and dedicated support to assist you at every step.
